New York cosmetic surgeon Dr. Lisa A. Zdinak, who doesn’t treat the star, believes that unflattering angles and unforgiving daylight are to blame for the excessive  dimpling. Looking at photos of Mischa on the beach and out shopping just three weeks before the balcony shot were taken, Dr. Zdinak says, “It would take years for cellulite to progress to that extent. Then photos were taken less than a month apart, and cellulite just does not develop that quickly.”
