Madigan, MD, U.S. Army ophthalmology advisor to the Surgeon General. The second project was with Dr. Albert S. Cytryn and involved quantitating alpha-receptors on Muller’s muscle in thyroid eye disease with the help of a specialized laboratory at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston.  The third project was a case report of renal medullary carcinoma metastatic to the orbit in conjunction with Narieman A. Nik and Ahmed A. Hidayat of the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology.  The fourth project involved using liquid hydroxyapatite for treating enopthalmos in anophthalmic sockets.  The final two projects were case reports detailing atypical presentations of lid malposition.
